Full Stack Founding Engineer (Remote)
Msasa is building finance-native AI workflow automation for teams running recurring reporting, dashboard, and operational processes across tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, and Google Sheets.
This role is aimed at an engineer who can own both product execution and technical systems, from frontend UX to backend services and integrations.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship AI-assisted finance workflows end to end.
- Build frontend, backend, and integration layers for the MVP.
- Work on reliability, observability, access control, and production readiness.
- Help shape the technical roadmap and engineering culture from day one.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years building production software end to end.
- Comfort owning both frontend UX and backend or data layers.
- Clear communication and a strong product mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.
